For the past couple of months I've been going to the gym every weeknight doing cardio & weights followed by 30 minutes in the sauna for detox. I've never been one to put together cute workout clothes for the gym... BUT I love finding stylish digs to wear hiking starting in the spring.
I feel that the key to keeping consistent with exercise is...
1. Do something that you enjoy...I actually look forward to catching up on reality tv while warming up on the elliptical.
2. Force yourself to do it if you have committed to it... I always feel so much better afterwards.
3. Have fun... just get your body moving. Dance, jump, run, walk, swim, and laugh!
