Spring cleaning day! What a great time to take inventory of your life and write down goals you would like to achieve in the upcoming year. Set goals with a clear time frame and activity: example "I will go the gym for 30 minutes 3 times a week for the next month".Use this Goals Worksheet which will take you through the steps.
Actually getting out and taking action is much easier said than done but remember that you have a much better chance of accomplishing goals if you write them down!
I write down my goals every 3 months and create a vision board so each time I look at that board it reminds me to take action on my dreams. Sure, I don't accomplish everything but I would say I accomplish over 80% of them.... but I'll take 80% over nothing!
