Looking for a quick way to get your morning greens? Try the green goddess smoothie!

What you need:

1  avocado (sliced)

1/2 cup pineapple (sliced)

2 to 3 leaves dinosaur kale

1-inch slice fresh ginger

1/4 cup banana (sliced)

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon flax seeds

3 mint leaves

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender

Blend for 1 minute, add more water for desired thickness
