I'm going back to Seattle this weekend for my best friend's wedding but that also means getting on a plane. I've never had a fear of flying but I do have a fear of getting sick on the planes.
True Story: About 6 years ago I took a flight from Chicago to LA and had the luck of getting the middle seat. Things were going okay during take off and I was getting to know my neighbors on both sides then, all of a sudden, I got super nauseous. Any time to plane even moved an inch I would start throwing up and this happened for 5 hours! Since that traumatizing incident (I'm sure for my poor neighbors on the flight too) I have always come prepared with my anti-motion sickness kit. Here's what's in it...
